With reference to my confidential (4) despatch of the 10th of July, 1930, on the subject

of the Trade Ioan, I have the honour to inform

Your Lordship that notice has been given to the

Hong Kong and hanghai Banking Corporation in

Hong Kong for a further payment of £10,000 on the

14th of September, 1930, thus reducing this

vernment's sterling liability to £100,000.
